A strategic operator, experienced brand builder and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience leading brand, retail, and marketing strategy, teams and operations for global brands, major retailers and founder-led startups.
I bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, helping businesses move from ideas to execution with clarity.
Deep Industry Experience
I’ve worked in brand, retail and marketing leadership for 15+ years with iconic brands and major retailers across Australia, Asia Pacific, the UK and Europe.
Including:
5 years in the surf and outdoor industry as Asia Pacific and then Global Trade Marketing Director for Quiksilver, Roxy, and DC, leading go-to-market teams, launching flagship retail concepts, developing global trade marketing programs and industry-leading brand campaigns.
10+ years in brand & retail marketing leadership for major fashion retailers, including Just Jeans, Ozmosis, Roger David, and French Connection, managing the VM and retail marketing programs for 20 to 200+ store networks.
Entrepreneurial Spirit & Global Mindset
In 2016, After 15 years in big brands and major retailers I took the entrepreneurial leap to build my own ventures, starting my consultancy while launching Nouvelle Nomad, a sustainability-led homewares, travel and lifestyle brand operating between Melbourne, Australia and Marrakech, Morocco.
Over the last eight years, we’ve shipped thousands of hand-restored vintage carpets and artisan-made goods to homes worldwide, partnered with leading Australian furniture retailers and designers on collaborations. Opened pop-up showrooms and retail concepts, bringing together our community of world travellers and sustainable design lovers.
A purpose-led brand, supporting local artisans, partnering with family run businesses, and giving back to local charities and non-profits along the way through our membership with 1% for the Planet.
Today I’m based in London working with clients globally.
