1 full day in-person workshop with you and your team
1. Download the GTM Strategy Workshop doc above, then book in a strategy hour with me
2. We have an initial 1 hour video call with you (the founder or CEO) and me (The Workshop facilitator) to plan your workshop and agree on ideal outcomes for the day
3. I’ll prepare a workshop plan for the day and share with you to approve
4. We have a full day in-person workshop with you and your team at your office or an off site location to co-create an aligned go-to-market strategy
5. I’ll follow up after our workshop providing you some follow up notes and further recommendations
